Thank you so much for supporting Avery Apothecary! We’re honored to be part of your wellness journey. Below are a few important things to know about how we handle shipping and returns.
Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your package is ready to ship, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If there are any unexpected delays, you’ll receive an email update from us so you're always in the loop.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our small-batch, handcrafted herbal products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy helps us maintain the integrity, safety, and freshness of every item we send out.
That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If you experience any issues with your order—such as a product arriving damaged, incorrect, or not meeting expectations—please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. We're here to help and will do our best to make it right.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses (including missing apartment numbers) will not be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for additional shipping and handling fees to resend the package.
International Orders
If you’re ordering from outside the U.S., please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend contacting your local postal or customs office for more information prior to placing your order, as we are unable to estimate or cover these fees.
My Package is Lost
If your package seems to be lost in transit, please allow a few business days—most packages are located or updated within that time frame. If your tracking has not updated or your order hasn’t arrived after a reasonable period, we recommend first contacting your local post office for help locating it.

Shipping Costs
We offer flat-rate shipping to make things simple.

U.S. Orders: Shipping and handling is $6.95 for all orders under $99.

Free Shipping: All U.S. orders over $99 ship for free.

International Orders: Standard international shipping is $25, with delivery typically taking 14–18 business days. Tracking may be limited depending on your country.
