Uses

Fill about 1 tablespoon of tea in an unbleached tea bag or mesh strainer and place in a favorite mug. Bring water just to a boil and steep herbs in water, covered for 10-15 minutes.

It is best to transfer tea from the pouch and store in airtight container or jar.
