Uses

Use 1 teaspoon to 1-2 cups of water. Add your tea blend to a pot, pour 1-2 cups of cold or room temperature water over the herbs, cover the pot, turn your burner to a low-medium heat and allow the herbs to come to a low simmer for 20 minutes, turn off the heat, allow your tea to cool, strain, and enjoy! You can also brew larger batches and store it in the fridge to drink for a few days.

For best results drink 1-2 cups a day.
