Uses

Use 2-3 teaspoons to 1 cup of water. Add a your tea blend to your tea infuser of choice, pour 1 cup of hot water over the herbs, cover to trap all the volatile oils, allow to steep for 15 minutes, strain, and enjoy! Tea can brewed twice to get a second cup of tea with the same herbs.

Dosage: For best results drink 1-2 cups a day. Small pouch contains 30-40 servings depending on preferred dose. Large pouch contains 90+ servings.
