Zen Goddess Herbal Tea Blend

A Zen take on our classic, best-selling Goddess Tea Blend. We start with a base of Red Raspberry Leaf, also known as ladies' best friend, which is a wonderful nutrient-rich herb! Lemon Balm and Skullcap bring calming, stress relieving properties. They have traditionally been used to soothe anxiousness and nervous tension which makes them wonderful for supporting the body throughout the phases of the menstrual cycle. Nettle Leaf, Rosehips and Hibiscus also bring an extra nutritive layer to this blend. Add honey and lemon to taste and enjoy at any time in your cycle!

Zen Goddess Herbal Tea Blend

Uses

Fill 2-3 teaspoons of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh strainer or basket and place in a favorite mug. Pour about 8 ounces of boiling water over tea and allow it to steep for 10-15 minutes or until it is as strong as you’d like. You can also double brew the leaves and steep a second cup! It is best to transfer tea from the pouch and store in airtight container or jar.
