Uses

Fill about 2-3 teaspoons of tea in an unbleached tea bag or mesh strainer and place in a mug. Bring water just to a boil and steep herbs in water for 5-10 minutes or until it is as strong as you’d like. You can also double brew the leaves and steep a second cup!

It is best to transfer tea from the pouch and store in airtight container or jar.
