Goji has been referred to as "longevity fruit" and has traditionally been used to boost vitality. Uses

Fill 1 tablespoon of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh strainer or basket and place in a favorite mug. Pour about 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow it to steep for 15 minutes or until it is as strong as you’d like. You can also double brew the herbs and steep a second cup!

It is best to transfer tea from the pouch and store in airtight container or jar.
