Uses

Shake well before use. Take 30-60 drops or 1-2 dropperfuls a day. Dose can be increased and for chronic skin issues to 2-3 dropperfuls a day or 60-90 drops. The taste can be unpleasant at first because tinctures are very concentrated herbal extracts so you can add the tincture drops to a little bit of water or juice.
